Terms & refund policy

About this service

The Lean Build (“the program”) is a 90-day fitness coaching program operated by Dayo Ajayi (“we,” “us”) and delivered via a member portal, recorded workout videos, downloadable PDFs, group video calls, and an asynchronous form-check system. By purchasing a charter cohort spot you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

This program is not medical advice and is not a substitute for your prescribing physician, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. We are a fitness coaching service that supports clients who are already prescribed GLP-1 medications by a licensed provider. We do not prescribe, recommend, or advise on dosing, titration, tapering, or any decision regarding your medication. All medication decisions must be made with your prescriber.

If you experience adverse symptoms (severe nausea, dizziness, chest pain, dehydration, fainting, allergic reaction, etc.), stop all program activity and contact your prescriber or emergency services immediately.

Your responsibilities

  • You have obtained clearance from your prescriber and/or primary care physician to engage in resistance training and the nutritional protocols described in the program.
  • You are 18 years of age or older and reside in a jurisdiction where the program is lawful.
  • You will disclose to us any injuries, contraindications, or health conditions that affect your safe participation.
  • You will not share, redistribute, or resell program materials.

Refund policy — the charter cohort promise

Complete the 90-day program (per the conditions below) and hit at least two of these three outcomes:

  1. +5 lbs of lean muscle (verified by InBody or DEXA, day 0 vs day 90)
  2. +10% on a main lift (squat, bench, or deadlift; selected at week 0)
  3. Hold a deep squat for 60 seconds (video verified)

If you do not achieve at least two of the three, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the amount you paid and continue to provide program access for another 90 days at no additional cost.

Conditions required to qualify for the refund:

  • · Attend at least 10 of 12 weekly group office hours.
  • · Submit weekly check-ins (progress photo, body weight, and protein log).
  • · Complete at least 80% of the programmed workouts.
  • · Provide a day-0 and day-90 body composition measurement (InBody, DEXA, or equivalent).

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of program completion. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Outside the conditions above, all sales are final.

Privacy & data

We collect only what we need to deliver the program: your email and payment information (handled by Stripe), the body composition and training data you submit, and basic analytics on how the member portal is used. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

Photos, videos, and measurements you submit are used by the coach for the purpose of coaching you. They will not be used in marketing or public materials without your explicit written consent.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Individual results vary; the outcomes referenced in the refund policy are commitments only under the stated qualifying conditions. Past client results, if shown, are not a guarantee of your results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program in the preceding 12 months.
